Regarding: Hotel reservation for qualifying players, accompanying persons and early arrivals:
Please be aware that due to a lot of other events taking place in Berlin during the tournament week the ESTREL Hotel Berlin and nearly all other Hotels in Berlin are booked. We have reserved a special number of rooms at the ESTREL for the a.m. rates. Please make sure to make your reservation early in advance (until 20th of June at latest).
Please send your reservation direct to the ESTREL Hotel.

Hotel rooms will be arranged on Sign-in on Monday, 4th of July 2011
